Performance - This mat is sticky right out of the box, and the grip is top-notch, as you'll have no trouble planting on it and doing any pose you want, even in sweaty conditions. However, the grip might be a little too sticky for some people, especially if you plan on using it in gentler practices, as it's hard to slide your hands or feet across the mat due to the grip, and you'll need to pick them up and move them to reposition.

The Everyday mat is great for a powerful vinyasa class as it's firm enough for balancing poses and grippy for inversions and arm balances. The Strong mat is if you want more cushioning, making it great for injuries, Restorative, and Yin practices. Overall, the B mat strong is great for both dynamic and slower-moving practices.

Ease of Care - Avoid leaving the mat under prolonged sun exposure because the mat is natural rubber, and lint also tends to stick to the mat. You can dry it on a rod and let the lint fall off as the mat dries. Overall, B Yoga mats are easy to clean. Another cleaning method includes using Mrs. Meyers All Purpose Cleaner diluted with water. Also, it doesn't take more than a 10-minute wash in the bathtub and hang dry for a day. Remember to avoid sunlight at all costs; your mat will last for years.

Comparison vs Liforme - Both mats are great, and you won't slip with either. The B mat is cheaper but is just a solid color. At the same time, Liforme is pricier but has more flamboyant designs and lines that help align and eyeball distance/placement for more consistency in practice. Performance-wise, the B Mat is very grippy, to the point of having a burning feeling when sliding. Also, Liforme has better durability, but B Mat has thicker padding, and Liforme feels smoother as B Mat is textured.
