Pros - Affordable, visually appealing and really lets you fit that minimalistic lifestyle. Satisfactory speakers for their size and cost overall, and they perform really well with gain.
Pros - Creative Pebble V3 has easy setup, has both bluetooth and wired, with good sound overall, doesn’t take up space, big sound from a small package, stylish, and plenty of connection options.

Build - The Pebble v3 box comes with two 4.8 x 4.7 x 4.6-inch orb-shaped speaker units that are physically hard-wired together by a 53.1-inch cable. A flat base keeps the speakers standing while a recess in the front side of each houses a 2.25-inch driver that powers the aural experience. These speakers however don’t offer 360-degree audio. Still, they are compact, cheap and have great sound quality. It also maintains the same 45-degree elevated drivers as its predecessors so it's always going to be at ear level. It also has a volume control knob on the right side and an LED light indicating which input is in use, as well as a small button for Bluetooth pairing. It’s a hard plastic, and at the very bottom is a grip.
Design - Creative Pebble V3’s orbs look futuristic and cool, like laptop speakers someone would use on the Enterprise on Star Trek. They are eye-catching, modern-looking orbs of sound. To give it more style, the spherical shape is sliced at an angle on top, exposing the driver. They also have this slick black matte finish as well as the gold design.
Build & Design - Its 45° elevated drivers are specifically angled so audio directed to your ears, placing you in the audio sweet spot for an immersive personal listening experience. It has a unique shape which is minimalist and unobtrusive to blend well to desk setups. It can be connected to laptops/desktops with a single USB-C cable for both power and audio for less clutter.
Lack - Headphone Output - The Pebble lacks a headphone output.

Connectivity - Bluetooth - The Pebble utilizes Bluetooth 5.0. Simply press and hold the Bluetooth button beside the volume control knob to initiate pairing, and select Creative Pebble V3 from your device to pair. At any time you can press the aforementioned Bluetooth button to switch to a wireless pairing mode for phones and the like, as long as the speakers are powered, and even if that power comes from a laptop. It is easy to connect to as an auxiliary in.
Connectivity Options - Creative Pebble V3 can be powered via USB-C or with a power adapter, and set up over various connectivity options. It has a 3.5 mm AUX-in jack that allows for universal compatibility across other analogue audio devices. Connectivity wise you have the choice of bluetooth 5.0 usb type-c and aux. The back has a USB-C cable, which provides power to the unit and can also provide a connection to your computer. A second wire connects to the left satellite. There is also an included a USB-C to USB-A converter.
Connectors - Pebble v3 cuts the number of connectors in half from four, with just one cable connecting the two speakers and the other leading to a USB-C connector.

Convenience - The ability to seamlessly switch between Bluetooth and a wired connection is slick and useful. This also extends to cable count, which went from four to two cables only. This usb powered and bluetooth 5.0 enabled device has been tweaked to give you better sound quality and optimal performance. There’s not much to setting up the Pebble V3. You pick how you want to connect to your audio source: USB-C, 3.5 mm or Bluetooth. The only adjustment you can make to the sound is found on the bottom of the right speaker: a gain switch.
Setup - Creative Pebble V3 is a plug-and-play device and does not require driver installation. For PC users, Creative Pebble V3 will be automatically detected when you plug in the USB cable. You can also make use of the included USB-C to USB adapter, and plug the speakers into a power outlet and turn the Pebble v3 into a two-pronged Bluetooth speaker, or turn it into a phone speaker via the AUX port. The Bluetooth button is on the front recess on the right of the device, and underneath that is a gain switch which draws power from whatever device it’s connected to via USB-C or USB-A port.

Bass - Songs that lean more on thumping bass don't fare quite as well. The bass output isn't bad; it's just inferior. If you don't care that much about bass and want to cut down on clutter, get the Pebble v3; the Bluetooth support puts it slightly higher on the hierarchy.
Clarity - Clear sound and no background noise unless you turn it up to 90-100% volume. This is thanks to the Pebble being engineered with Clear Dialog audio processing that picks up vocals to give you rich and clear dialogs. Creative Pebble V3 also features larger 2.25" full-range drivers that are capable of delivering 50% louder* audio and rich acoustics performance, at double the sound intensity. In terms of raw sound output, the Pebble v3 is comparable to the Pebble Plus with the subwoofer left out. The two satellite speakers on their own produce admirable depth, and they really shine in songs that do a lot of left/right balance trickery.
Sound Performance - Pebble V3 sound much better than the stock speakers in a laptop and most monitors. Vocals sounded full, though the rhythm lacked oomph due to the lack of bass. These speakers put emphasis on voices, and lack resonance because of limited bass. Still, the little speakers produce impressive power. They maxed out at about 94 decibels — though there was a good amount of distortion at that level.
Subwoofer - It might sound like I think the Pebble Plus is unequivocally better than the Pebble v3 because of that subwoofer.

Comparison vs. Creative Pebble 2.1 plus, Comparison vs. Edifier R1280 & Comparison vs. Edifier G2000 - The Pebble Plus 2.1 wins on account of the difference in sound and bass with its sub-woofer; if space isn’t limited the R1280T will beat the Pebble in sound quality. However, if you want the best sound that doesn't cost a fortune definitely the edifier R1280T.

Comparison vs. Edifier R19U, Comparison vs. Creative T20, & Comparison vs. Creative T40 - The Pebble V3 has cleaner vocals after testing. The R19U’s sound was muffled and was like it was under water. However there are some songs where the r19u s are definitely better, and also cases where the reverse is true. Creative T20 and T40 are possibly good steps up, but need verifications. Otherwise, go for the Edifier.
Comparison vs. Pebble V2 - For about $30, the Pebble V2 is similar to the V3 but lacks Bluetooth.

Comparison vs. Bookshelf Speaker - User feels that Pebble V3 is an overrated speaker that has average price, looks nice, but has unimpressive sound quality. A Bookshelf Speaker costing $15 more apparently has better quality.

Price & Value - The Pebble V3 costs $39.99 on Creative’s online store as well as Amazon. In other places though it has been sold for around $25-$45, or 35 pounds. If you want good performance and really high decibel gains then a slightly more expensive device might be better (above $40).
