Overview - Worth - The 14 Inch M3 MacBook Pro is a well-rounded laptop with great performance, endurance, and display. While it may be worth upgrading for CPU workflows, its upgrades in GPU, and RAM are seen by some as minimal and unappealing.
Recommendation - The 14 Inch M3 MacBook Pro is recommended to be bought at a minimum RAM configuration of 16GB. While this may be a bit expensive, one can reduce storage space to counteract the extra cost in exchange for better future-proofing with the increased memory capacity.

Drawbacks - The 14 Inch M3 MacBook Pro has low starting RAM which once bought, can’t be upgraded due to the way the RAM is installed on the machine. Its color options are restricted for the base M3 version, it also has one less Thunderbolt port, and maintains a Touch ID feature integrated to its power button instead of Face ID which is considered faster for logins.
Issue - Design - The 14 Inch M3 MacBook Pro doesn’t have a space black color option, unlike its M3 Pro and M3 Max counterparts.
Issue - Display - The 14 Inch M3 MacBook Pro will need calibration before use on color-accurate work, has poor screen response time, and only suppots one extra display.
Issue - Features - The 14 Inch M3 MacBook Pro has poor starting RAM and storage capacity for some users.
