Setup - The app should only be downloaded through the link on the Ledger Live page on Ledger's site. Once opened, select the device you're setting up, and if the device is brand new, select "Initialize as a new device to set a pin code on the device; write down the 24 words you will see on your screen as its the recovery phrase. Next is to enable Bluetooth on your phone. A pop-up will appear, then the verification will show on the Nano X. After pairing, select it from the menu to proceed, then Ledger Live will tell you to set a password lock, then choose which data you're willing to share with Ledger, and that's it. Overall, the setup doesn't take more than 5 minutes, and it's also best to follow the security tips that Ledger provides to ensure proper security for your cryptocurrencies, like the passphrase for additional protection.
Usage - It stands out on the crypto space user experience for daily use, as it's not often tended to very well in other devices. Using it is also straightforward, with not much that can go wrong as it only has 2 buttons, which navigate between the menus. However, the process sometimes feels clumsy, especially when retreating to a previous menu.

But the model T has a touchscreen interface, which is better than the button system of the Nano X. Build-wise, they have a premium feel and are watertight. While their companies both offer cheaper but slightly less feature-rich alternatives: the Ledger Nano S and Trezor One.
