However, its smart features give it an advantage over less expensive gadgets, allowing for far greater control. Build - It is a 14-inch air purifier with a diameter of 8.7 inches. The C300S purifier is cylindrical. The Levoit Core 300S has four silicone feet and a handle. Its horizontally positioned fan sucks air in through vents throughout the base's whole circle. User needs to avoid covering the top, where filtered air exits. The large icons make them very intuitive (and the LEDs shining from underneath). The power button is located in the center, surrounded by the Fan Speed Indicators (three levels) at the top and the Timer Indicator at the bottom. Additionally, the Levoit Core 300S can be placed on a tabletop or a shelf. It also appears to be more durable than its smaller siblings.
Cable - The cable is attached to the body of the device, but its length of 6.6 feet (2 meters) makes it easy to reach a power outlet.

Filters - Levoit Core 300S has the same 3-stage air cleansing mechanism as the original Core 300. It has a pre-filter, a true HEPA filter, and an activated carbon filter. Large particles such as dust, lint, fibers, hair, and pet fur can be captured by the nylon pre-filter. This filter must be frequently vacuumed because it is only effective for a limited time. On the other hand, the H13 True HEPA Filter removes 99.97% of allergens, virus particles, pollen, and bacteria particles as small as 0.3 microns. Performance - The Core 300S is not as powerful as it appears. Despite its size, the 240m3 CADR is not particularly large. In reality, its recommended range of 20m2 is only three square metres larger than that of the Levoit Core C200S, which costs half as much. However, these are only guidelines, and the Core 300S performed admirably in a tough smoke test. The Levoit Core 300S reduced particles to a ‘moderate’ level (less than 101 micrograms per cubic metre (g/m3) in 12 minutes. The air quality was rated 'good' after 14 minutes (less than 51 micrograms per cubic meter). During another one-hour test, it also reduced PM2.5 to 0.1 and PM10 to 0.2. In addition, it was able to remove 94 percent of all airborne particles. Overall, it still performs effectively, indicating that this purifier is fully capable of handling less demanding everyday requirements. It helps trap particles such as the fine dust that your dog sheds and also captures about 99.97% of airborne particles.
